What You’ll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

This position is responsible for the management of the international credit process and the supervision of all international franchise accounts.

  • Supervise the collection of all international franchise receivables.
  • Review the letter of credit process to ensure that the company’s assets are protected prior to the shipment of orders to international franchisees.
  • Ensure that the international business unit and franchisees are provided with necessary correspondence and information to support the International Franchising Program.
  • Coordinate the resolution of International franchise disputes and inquiries with International Franchising and other internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance of credit policies prior to the shipment of orders to International franchisees.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Sr. Mgmt.
  • Assist the tax department with collection of foreign tax receipts of all international franchisees.
Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels – internal and external.
    • Excellent communication skills including the ability to work with and communicate with international franchise operators.  Bi-lingual – Spanish/English a plus.
    • PC Skills – Word and Excel.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:

  • Hybrid work environment, 2 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.
  • Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate
