The Manager of Recruiting is responsible for the overall candidate experience, recruiting strategies, innovations, processes and methods for the organization. The Manager is responsible for the design and execution of multi-faceted strategies, ensuring the recruitment of exceptional and qualified talent within the organization and in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The Manager will serve as the advisor for hiring managers, and will provide guidance to hiring managers and candidates through the selection process by performing full-lifecycle recruiting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Directly responsible for leading a team of 4 recruitment staff. Must be able to interact and influence leaders at all levels within organization.
7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
