Manage the activation of customer data to deploy effective targeted campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to utilize customer driven analytics to amplify channel marketing programs that tie to customer objectives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field, with 3+ years of experience in an data management/analytical role or an equivalent combination of education/experience
· At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of CRM/Direct Marketing in a retail setting
· Demonstrated proficiency with direct marketing principles, database marketing, customer contact strategy and systems and the design and implementation of CRM, loyalty and referral programs
· Knowledge of CRM applications and tools
